Shipping Policy

Every print is carefully packed to arrive in the same condition it left the studio. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time
Prints are printed to order, packed by hand and dispatched within 2-3 working days. During busy periods or new releases this may take a little longer, and we'll let you know by email if there's any delay.

Packaging
All prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and sent in a sturdy cardboard tube. Prints are shipped unframed.

UK shipping
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracking.
Standard (Tracked 24): usually 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Shipping rates vary by size of print

A4, A3, A2 Sizes - £5.00 per print

A1 Size - £6.50 per print

A0 Size - £9.00 per print

International shipping

International shipping will be coming soon.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Damaged or lost parcels
If your print arrives damaged, please email sarahtrewhella@proton.me with a photo of the print and the packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking shows no movement for 10 working days, get in touch and we'll follow it up with the carrier. Parcels remain our responsibility until they're delivered to you.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. See our Returns Policy for details.
